Suspended Transactions during Regionalisation phase 2


Transactions to resolve queries is suspended till the 18 April 2017.


Please note that the following transactions won’t be available during the second phase of Billing Regionalisation that will commence on 1 May 2017:

However, the below mentioned transaction will only be suspended until the 18th of April 2017.

EL01, YDM23, EL09, EL06 : Billing Order Creation Transaction

The transactions above are used to either individually or mass create billing order transactions in order to facilitate billing transactions. Orders are required in order prior to billing services.

EC60, EC70, EC50E, EC51E, EC53E, EC55E, EC56E, EC58E: Finalization Transactions

The above of transactions are used to conduct finalization operations. The set of transactions allows for moving-in/out of services.

YPR43 and YMASS_MOVE : Mass change of ownership transactions

The above set of transactions are utilized primarily by the rates department to conduct mass move-in based on change of ownership based on deeds file input.

ES51, ES52 and ES54: Change of ownership (Property rates department)

The above transactions are used to allocate ownership details to properties. Those are individual processing transactions.

ES30 and ES31 : Create and Maintain Installation

The above transactions are used to create and maintain installations either through new service creations or maintenance of tariffs linked to change of tariffs.

If issues are not logged on the City's service delivery systems, the entities are likely unaware of the breakdowns and until you report such, the breakdowns may remain unresolved.
